Cancellation and Modification Policy

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact our support team immediately via chat or email contact.vatida@gmail.com. We will be there to support you promptly.

You may cancel or modify your order within a period of two hours from the time the order was placed. Once this two-hour period has passed, the order will be locked for processing and cannot be canceled any further.

Please be informed that:

1. Production time is extended by 1-2 days for modified orders.
2. Revising your design may take longer, which may affect the overall delivery schedule.
