PAYMENT - FAQ

1. Why am I charged international fees for my order?

Some customers left feedback that some bank cards may not be allowed to process international transactions. To serve customers from all over the world, we use an American payment processor called Stripe, a payment platform that allows all types of payments but results in additional fees. .

International fees are charged by banks when purchases are made outside your country. We recommend that you contact your bank to find out if this is the case.

2. Why was my card declined?

There are many common reasons why your card may be declined. If your card payment was declined and you're not sure why, please check the reasons below:

Make sure it's activated if your card is new or recently reissued.

Review your card information:
- Double check that all your information has been entered correctly. Transposing numbers (CVV) is an easy mistake to make.
- Check card expiration date
- Exceeding your credit limit: Depending on your card, if you're already over your credit limit or if this transaction pushes you over that limit, your purchase may be declined . While some credit cards let you exceed your credit limit, other lenders may say no to purchases.
- Suspected fraud: If you're making a large purchase, especially one outside of your normal shopping behavior, it may be flagged as potentially fraudulent. Try verifying the transaction by sending the code (OTP) or contacting your bank and try the process again later.
- Your account has been closed: contact your bank or try adding a new card.
- A technical error occurred: Please try the following process again.

If everything is correct, call the card issuer's customer service number on the back of your card. Your credit card company may need to talk to you before they authorize your payment.

If not, you can pay via Paypal to place your order.

3. Why am I being double-charged?

If you were charged double but only ordered once, the first thing you need to do is check your confirmation email.

In case you receive multiple confirmation emails with different order numbers, it means you have placed orders. Please check your order information carefully and cancel orders you do not want immediately.

In case you only receive just one confirmation email, please do not worry, for some types of payments we use an authorization hold to verify that the transferred funds are available in your account. This is temporary — your account will not be charged twice. If you are unsure whether the charge is an authorization hold, we recommend contacting your bank and Contact us to ask for more details. The hold should be removed within one to eight business days.

4. Do I need to pay Import Fees, Duties and Taxes?

Customs policies vary widely and some countries do not charge import fees on shipments but others do. Taxes are not included in the prices on our website, which means you may have to pay duties and taxes after receiving your order. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order reaches its final destination, as determined by your local customs authority.
