Please follow the tips below for taking your photo. Even if you can’t do these steps precisely, it’s OK. Our team will review all orders and photos as they arrive
We’ll inform you within a few hours of getting your order if your photo doesn’t fit our criteria, and assist you in picking a better one
- Close up photos work best
- Take your photo in natural daylight and don't use flash
- Make sure your pet or your face is at eye level when you take your photo
- Try to get your pet to sit or stay still - make sure there's no blur
- Ensure that your pet’s long floppy ears are visible in the photo and not cut off by the frame
