Yes! You will receive a free preview of your artwork when it is done. You can ask for any changes you want until you are satisfied. We only print your pet art after you approve it
When will I get to see the preview?
You will get an email with your artwork for preview within 1-2 business days. Sometimes, emails may go to your spam or junk folder, so please check there. You can request as many changes as you want until you are happy with the result.
How can I change my artwork if I am not happy with it?
You can ask for revisions if you are not satisfied with your artwork. We will make the adjustments and show you the updated version.
We only print or produce your order after you give us your approval. If you are unhappy with your item after you get it, we will create a new art and send you a replacement at no cost
